Friendly staff surprised us with a thoughtful gift for our anniversary. The room was clean, and the well-maintained heating and cooling unit worked perfectly, often an issue in other places. Locating on the edge of town was ideal for our getaway, and we appreciated the easy access to local attractions.

Easy setting, very amiable and cooperative staff.
The hotel of choice in Eureka Springs. Comfortable bed, fairly clean bathroom and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. Location adjacent to easy drive and trolley stop and the store and the center of town. Also, close enough to attractions.

We liked the quiet, and the distance from any noise.
What we didn't like about the hotel was the continental breakfast was just a little sparse.

The staff offered really good hospitality, even providing a lovely anniversary gift. The room was impeccably clean. The location allowed us to explore Eureka Springs comfortably. The only minor issue was a slightly firm mattress for my taste.

Front desk clerk was very nice.
Maid services poor, and everything about the hotel from the pathetic continental breakfast, coffee, linens, etc was done as done cheap as they could possibly get by with. The hotel is for sale so apparently no one really cares about it right now.

It was very reasonable and comfortable. It was close to the entertainment, good restaurants, and just a nice drive from downtown.
Very minor! I would like 2 coffees to be left in the room but was graciously given more when I asked. The weather change while we were there made me want afternoon coffee, too. All in all it was very good. The continental breakfast was sparse but noteworthy.

I liked the way the room was cleaned and restocked each day while we were out. It was very peaceful and quiet at night.
None I can recall.

The location is great. Located at the entrance to the Passion Play and not far from the other activities and attractions of Eureka Springs. The room was clean and the bed was adequate and comfortable.
Calling toast, cereal, milk and juice is barely a continental breakfast is pretty weak. The TV was an old tube type TV but was watchable with a good selection of channels.

I liked the fact that the Mgr knew ahead of time that we were going to be checking in late and he was prompt and courteous to us even though we arrived at 12:30 am. No problems whatsoever with our stay...P.S. the pool was clean and well kept and in good shape...
